This role offers an opportunity to leverage your wealth management and asset management expertise to enhance AI systems'' reasoning in portfolio construction, financial planning, and investment strategy. You will collaborate with leading AI labs to evaluate and improve AI performance on various wealth and asset management tasks, with the potential for ongoing engagement based on performance and project needs.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to portfolio recommendations, financial planning scenarios, investment research, and client communication.
• Create realistic scenarios based on wealth/asset management workflows, including client discovery meetings, investment policy statements, rebalancing decisions, tax-loss harvesting, and estate planning strategies.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across wealth management use cases such as risk profiling, retirement projections, and alternative investment due diligence.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as fiduciary standards (Reg BI, Investment Advisers Act), tax implications, and suitability requirements.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for financial advisory AI.

• 3+ years of professional experience at an RIA, wirehouses, private bank, asset manager, or family office.
• Background in one or more areas such as:
• Financial planning and client advisory.
• Portfolio management and asset allocation.
• Alternative investments (private equity, hedge funds, real assets).
• Trust and estate planning.
• Institutional asset management or fund operations.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA, or Series 65/66 certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate advisory workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

This project will initially offer an effective hourly rate, transitioning to a compensation model based on the throughput of quality work rather than a flat accruing hourly rate.
