Technical Recruiter: Hybrid – 1 day per week in office (Charlotte)

(No recruiting experience required)

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll learn and own the full recruiting process with support from experienced teammates.

• Source and connect with tech, IT, creative, and digital candidates
• Use outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
• Screen candidates and assess skills and fit
• Build relationships and guide candidates through interviews and offers
• Stay organized and manage multiple roles at once

• Strong communication skills
• Interest in recruiting, sales, or client-facing work
• Prior recruiting experience not required
