Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. You will be working in a comfortable, fully air-conditioned facility.
Important Note: This position requires operating a stand-up/reach truck ONLY. There is absolutely no sit-down forklift work involved. Please do not apply if your primary experience is on a sit-down machine.
Strictly Required Qualifications
- Experience: Must have 2 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience operating a Stand-Up/Reach Forklift.
- Equipment Expertise: Stand-up/reach experience only (zero sit-down driving).
- Work History: Must have good tenure. We are looking for dependable candidates with a stable, reliable job history.
- Safety Gear: Steel-toed boots are mandatory on the warehouse floor at all times.
Core Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up reach forklift to pick, move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Navigate the warehouse aisles carefully to pull and prepare products for shipment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment checks to ensure the forklift is in safe working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while meeting daily productivity standards.
