Sr. Director of Total Rewards | Global Growth Mandate | C-Suite Influencer

The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a leading industrial & manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Director of Total Rewards to play a pivotal role in its next phase of global expansion.

Reporting directly to the CHRO, this is a highly visible leadership opportunity to architect and execute a best-in-class total rewards strategy that drives performance, retention, and scalable growth across a global footprint. You’ll lead compensation transformation across multiple business functions, modernizing frameworks to align with evolving business needs while driving automation and efficiency within the total rewards function.

This role offers the autonomy to evaluate and redesign programs, implement scalable systems and processes, and directly influence business outcomes at the executive level.

We’re seeking a transformational HR leader who thrives at the intersection of people strategy, technology, and business performance; someone who can elevate both the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Strong Compensation Experience
  • Proven success leading total rewards transformation across functions and driving automation initiatives
  • Track record of executing HR strategy, development, and transformation efforts
