Our company is hiring AI-ready talent in the U.S. and is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale high-impact engineering teams, including cutting-edge AI/ML roles.

This is a high-ownership, freelance opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through early-stage candidate management and stakeholder collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical roles (with strong focus on outbound)
• Identify and engage top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, outbound
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical alignment and cultural fit
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs
• Support a client-facing recruiting process, ensuring strong communication and alignment throughout the early stages of the funnel
• Help deliver a strong candidate experience from first touch to handoff

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in fast-growing environments
• Proven track record of strong outbound sourcing (this is critical)
• Experience managing multiple stages of the recruiting funnel, not just sourcing
• Experience hiring for software engineering roles (AI/ML is a strong plus)
• Deep understanding of the U.S. talent market
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a client-facing environment
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a freelance setup

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in or for the U.S. market
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques
