Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical undergraduate education paired with relevant experience in business/product management is acceptable.
• Preferably holds an MBA or possesses equivalent work background.
• Advocates for continuous education through workshops, courses, and seminars related to product management, technology, and leadership.
• SCRUM Product Owner Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Other certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or marketing certifications are desirable.
• Strong comprehension of product management principles and best practices, particularly in hospitality, eCommerce, and/or Information Technology.
• Proven track record in managing web and mobile projects necessitating extensive collaboration with IT teams and backend data integrations.
• Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and provide coaching to team members regardless of reporting lines.
• Strategic mindset to articulate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Excellent relationship management skills to foster and sustain stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities to analyze data and metrics for enhanced decision-making.
• Knowledgeable about business dynamics, market trends, and competitive environments.
• Proficient in technical concepts pertinent to the product area.
• Skillful in project management to plan, monitor, and implement product initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of product management principles guiding effective strategy and execution.
