Job Title: Senior IBM FileNet Developer

Location: Atlanta-GA (Hybrid)

Role Overview

The Senior IBM FileNet Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing workflow driven content management and business process automation solutions using IBM FileNet P8, IBM BPM/BAW, and KwikWork Business Process Framework (BPF).

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Development & Configuration

Design and develop workflows using IBM FileNet P8 and KwikWork BPF Configure:

1. Electronic forms
2. Workflow queues
3. Routing rules and decision logic
4. Customize and optimize business workflows for performance and scalability
5. Business Process Automation
6. Automate manual business processes such as:
7. Accounts Payable (AP)
8. Proof of Delivery
9. Loan Processing

Enable Straight Through Processing (STP) to reduce manual intervention

System & Application Integration

Integrate KwikWork BPF with:

1. ERP systems
2. External business applications
3. Support bi directional data exchange and automated document distribution
4. Document Lifecycle Management
5. Develop solutions for content ingestion:
6. Paper
7. Digital formats
8. EDI
9. Implement exception handling within a unified user interface

Governance & Compliance

1. Develop role based security models
2. Implement audit trails and approval workflows
3. Ensure regulatory compliance through secure content and process design

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 development

Hands on experience with:

1. IBM BPM / IBM BAW Tools
2. Process Designer
3. Process Tracker
4. Process Administration
5. IBM Case Manager experience

Java development experience

1. Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server / WebSphere Portal
2. Experience with vwTool and ACCE

Functional & Analytical Skills

1. Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow design
2. Ability to analyze business processes and propose automation improvements
3. Experience working in agile development environments
