Hankey Marks & Crider is looking for a new entry level Receptionist, or a Receptionist with 1-2 years of experience, to join our growing downtown law office! The ability to learn a database system and multiline phone system are required. However, we provide all training!
Our Receptionists are the voice of our firm, as they are responsible for having the initial interaction with our clients. As a Receptionist, it is important you:
• can handle a busy multiline phone system
• enjoy fast paced work
• enjoy talking with people
• have great organizational and time management skills
• are cheerful
• are compassionate
• are reliable
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No overtime is required. This is an in-office position.
