Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
On-site – Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay: $20 to $22
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support daily front-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors upon arrival
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, documents, and office correspondence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
• Support general office functions and special projects
Qualifications:
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a polished and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple teams
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required
