Join Our Team as a Receptionist Be the First Face of Care and the Voice of Compassion We are seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team! In this vital role, you’ll provide professional, friendly support to both internal staff and external callers, helping maintain smooth and efficient office operations. Reliability, organization, and a welcoming attitude are essential for success. Your Impact as a Receptionist In this role, you will: * Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism. * Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department. * Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed. * Keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner. * Sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages. * Process outgoing mail, including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries. * Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files, as directed. * Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who: * Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Has experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer. * Presents a professional demeanor and polished appearance. * Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Possesses strong organizational and administrative skills. * Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use. * Has familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners).
