Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendors
• Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Telecom domain (preferred for Cox Communications)
• PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Experience working with large enterprise clients or system integrators
• Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud, or data projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing offshore/onshore teams
• Exposure to DevOps or cloud environments
• Strong reporting and dashboarding skills

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
