Project Manager

Position Objective: Stratus Networks is seeking a Project Manager to handle Data and Voice Service projects for U.S. based customers. This candidate must have recent telecommunications industry experience and will be responsible for effective management of multiple designated projects, requiring planning, scheduling, and coordination of project deliverables, and achievement of standardized milestones. Fast-paced environment working with a cross-functional team including stakeholders, internal and external team members, and third-party partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within targeted timelines.
  • Facilitate professional communications with customers, their vendors, Stratus Networks staff, and third-party partners.
  • Document and report project status and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Field Operations personnel to support service implementation and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Identify, report, and overcome obstacles.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years professional experience in Project Management and Telecom Provisioning/ASR processing
  • 10+ years professional experience in Data/Ethernet Services
  • High efficiency in MS Office tools. (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously as needed.
  • Must be fluent in English language.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be physically located in the United States.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid
  • Full-Time: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Central, Monday - Friday
  • Some work outside of business hours may be required to complete time sensitive tasks.
