Pediatric Neurology APP Opportunity – Tucson, AZ

The Staff Pad is looking to hire a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about developmental disorders, seizure management, and collaborative specialty care to join a highly respected pediatric neurology team delivering compassionate, outpatient-focused care to children and families across Southern Arizona.

Work alongside an experienced team of pediatric neurologists in a supportive, child-centered environment that values continuity of care, provider autonomy, and work-life balance.

What You Can Expect

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $150,000 – $175,000 (BOE)
  
• $10,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable loan structure)

Qualifications

• Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  
• Pediatric Neurology experience preferred
  
• Experience with developmental disorders is strongly valued
  
• Eligible for Arizona Medical licensure
  
• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered pediatric specialty care
