US Agriculture, LLC is an SEC-registered investment adviser that invests in and manages quality, sustainable farmland real estate across the United States for institutional investors. US Agriculture is seeking to add a part time admin to our Carmel, Indiana, headquarters to assist our team with general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is comfortable with basic administrative tasks, and thrives in a professional, organized environment. Hours are approximately 20 hours per week, flexible within standard business hours.
As an SEC registered firm, this position is subject to acceptable background checks, including credit, ongoing SEC reporting of personal transactions and social media compliance.
Key Responsibilities
General Office Tasks:
· Data entry
· Assisting with scheduling or appointment confirmations
· Light office upkeep (restocking supplies, keeping common areas tidy)
· Supporting team members with miscellaneous administrative projects
· Contribute to smooth office operations by assisting where needed.
Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:
· Previous administrative experience is a plus.
· Professional demeanor with utmost integrity and respect for confidential matters
· Comfortable with operating basic office equipment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
· Curiosity and willingness to learn
