About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Associate to join our team.

This is an opportunity for a junior attorney or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in corporate and securities law within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of matters and be given meaningful responsibility early on. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, responsive, and eager to learn by doing.

This is a demanding, high-performance environment where strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accountability are essential.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Assist with corporate and securities matters, including governance and compliance
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, agreements, and filings
• Support transactions such as mergers & acquisitions and corporate structuring
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Assist with preparation and review of SEC filings
• Communicate with clients and follow up on ongoing matters
• Support attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• J.D. or L.L.M degree required
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) required
• Strong interest in corporate and/or securities law
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Prior experience in a law firm or internship is a plus

Compensation

• Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience
• Discretionary bonus based on performance
