Summary: The position of nursing manager requires a clinically competent Registered Nurse whose responsibilities include planning, directing, supervising and coordinating patient care provided by the healthcare team. The leader is responsible for the overall clinical, quality, service, and financial performance for their area. Collaborates with staff, management, and physicians to ensure quality and patient care is being provided with optimum patient outcomes. Acts as a resource person to staff in problem identification and solving. Serves as a mentor for staff and promotes a team based model. Effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other health team members.

Requirements :

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
  • BSN degree required.
  • MSN or master's in health-related field preferred.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Nursing, Allied Health Professional or Hospital Administration or certification in specialty area.
  • CPR Certified.
  • A minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience

Shift: Days, Full-time

The expected pay for this position is listed below:

$47.17 - $60.14

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
