Real Estate Associate – Elite U.S. Law Firm – Charlotte – $275,000 - $350,000

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an elite, highly prestigious U.S. law firm as a Real Estate Associate within its expanding national Real Estate practice, based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The firm’s Real Estate group is widely recognised for handling complex, high-value commercial real estate matters across the U.S., advising major financial institutions, lenders, developers and investors. As part of the Charlotte Real Estate team, you will work on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client relationships and deal strategy. The Role

You will join a market-leading Real Estate group, advising on a variety of sophisticated transactional and finance matters, including:

• Real estate financing transactions for major lenders and financial institutions.
• Lender representation across complex commercial real estate deals.
• Drafting and negotiating loan documentation.
• Managing title and survey diligence throughout transactions.

This role offers excellent exposure to high-value finance work, within a team known for technical excellence and commercial rigour.

The Candidate

• A Real Estate Associate with 4–6 years’ experience in commercial real estate work.
• Strong background in real estate financing, lender representation, loan documentation and diligence.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Confident managing transactions and working collaboratively with partners and clients.
• A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
