Job Description

Location: Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane (Australia)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including procurement, construction, financing, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (EPC, O&M, supply, services, joint venture, etc.).
• Manage risk allocation and dispute resolution strategies for large-scale projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, government authorities, and financial institutions.
• Support cross-border transactions and coordinate with international teams where required.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a background in a reputable law firm , preferably with focus on infrastructure or renewable energy projects .
• Strong command of English, with demonstrated ability to handle contracts and negotiations independently.
• Solid understanding of Australian legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to infrastructure and clean energy developments.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
