Solution IT Inc. is looking for Lead Full Stack Developer for one of its clients at Remote

Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer

Summary:

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Python-based backend development (microservices architecture) and React.js on the frontend.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development. Strong backend development experience with Python (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI)
• Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures
• Solid frontend development experience using React.js, including hooks, state management, and component design
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and system design
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong focus on code quality, testing, and performance optimization.

Work Site: Remote (CST Hours)

Duration: Longterm Contract

Expected Start Date: Immediate
