Summary

Seeking a Lead Control Systems Engineer with strong DeltaV expertise to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of distributed control systems. This role will lead projects from concept through commissioning while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high-quality delivery of automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure distributed control systems (DCS) with a focus on DeltaV
• Lead full project lifecycle from requirements through commissioning and qualification
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to improve performance and reliability
• Develop lifecycle documentation, including P&IDs, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions
• Support continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in control systems or automation engineering
• Hands-on expertise with Emerson DeltaV systems
• Strong understanding of DCS architecture, design, and programming
• Experience working in GMP or regulated environments preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
