We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst/Associate (2+ years of experience) to join the Debt Capital Markets / Leveraged Finance team. The role is centered on the origination and execution of private debt transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations, and structured credit solutions.
This position offers immediate responsibility, direct exposure to senior bankers and capital providers, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in credit underwriting, structuring, and execution in a fast-paced, lean-team environment.
