**About the Opportunity** We are seeking a detail-oriented and growth-focused
**Business Analyst** to help organizations make smarter decisions through data analysis, process optimization, and effective communication between business and technology teams. **Location:** Washington (Onsite / Hybrid)
**Work Authorization:** USC | GC | GC EAD | H4 EAD
**Experience Required:** Entry-Level to Mid-Level

**Key Responsibilities**
Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and gather requirements
Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement
Convert business requirements into functional documentation
Perform data analysis and provide actionable recommendations
Develop reports, dashboards, and business presentations
Support project activities from planning through implementation
Conduct impact analysis and identify process gaps
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
Maintain project documentation and business process records
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related areas
Basic understanding of SQL
Strong Excel skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
