As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently operating assigned workstations. Your primary tasks will involve loading small parts onto a broach, operating the machine, and then transferring the finished parts to a designated bin. The cycle times for processing parts can vary between 5 to 20 seconds. You will also be required to move bins weighing up to 25lbs to different locations and complete small production forms each day. This role demands standing for an 8-hour shift while meeting production targets for specific parts.
Responsibilities
Join a family-oriented company that values long-term relationships with employees. Enjoy a debt-free, growing company that appreciates its team with events like Christmas parties, July 4th BBQs, and gifts such as t-shirts and hoodies. Celebrate your birthday with a $40 gift card if you've been with us for a reasonable time. Benefit from a flexible work schedule for appointments and consistent 40-hour weeks with potential overtime on Saturdays if production targets are met.
Work Environment
Work in a newly updated facility with bright, clean spaces and modern amenities. Although some older machines remain, the environment is welcoming with A/C in inspection and break rooms.
