General Production Worker

Looking for a hands-on role with room to learn and grow? Join our team as a General Production Worker and get trained on production equipment while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and splice paper rolls during production runs
• Operate and adjust machinery to meet work order specs
• Read work orders and prepare finished products for shipment
• Stack products, build pallets, and keep your work area clean
• Use hand tools and operate manual or electric pallet jacks

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable team player who follows instructions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
