As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive team and drive revenue growth.

Position Overview:

The Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within Plutus Health Inc. This C-suite executive will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the healthcare or RCM industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture additional market share.

- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and business development activities.

2. Sales Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

3. Market Expansion:

- Identify and evaluate new market segments and customer needs.

- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint.

- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive demand and brand awareness.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

5. Revenue Operations:

- Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies.

- Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.

- Ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth.

6. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize revenue-generating activities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in revenue generation roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the healthcare or RCM industry.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams.

- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
