The Opportunity

WealthMax Financial Group is building a firm around thoughtful advice, personalized planning, and long-term client trust. This is not a churn-and-burn advisory seat. It is an opportunity for a motivated advisor to step into a growing firm and help clients make confident decisions around retirement income, investments, tax-efficient strategies, insurance, and legacy planning.

You’ll work with individuals and families who need clarity, not product pitches. Your role is to guide conversations, uncover what matters most, and deliver recommendations that align with each client’s goals and values.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 Base salary + Commissions, Bonuses, etc.

What You’ll Own

• Lead client and prospect meetings with professionalism, confidence, and empathy
• Build and present personalized financial strategies tailored to each household’s goals
• Guide clients through retirement planning, investment conversations, risk management, and long-term wealth decisions
• Strengthen existing client relationships while helping grow new business opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership and support staff to deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience
• Maintain strong documentation, follow-through, and regulatory awareness throughout the planning process

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or similar client-facing advisory role
• Strong ability to lead planning conversations and close business ethically
• Background in retirement planning, investment planning, and relationship management
• Active licenses/registrations as required for advisory business
• Strong communication and presentation skills
