Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Facilities Associate to join our Los Angeles Workplace team on a temporary basis. Based in Hollywood, this role will support operations across multiple sites, helping ensure our spaces run seamlessly and deliver a five-star experience for employees, talent, and visitors.

This is a hands-on, service-driven role focused on maintaining excellence. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the spaces themselves - assessing the physical space, optimizing the daily assessment workflow, and partnering with the local Workplace team to ensure the team is utilizing the best tools to maintain our spaces and keep our campus running smoothly. Because this role may interact with or observe talent and confidential productions, discretion and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed site walkthroughs across the campus, identifying and reporting any issues related to facilities, cleanliness, or readiness.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks including ops ticket submission and tracking, and other workplace logistics.
  • Partner closely with the Workplace team and cross-functional partners (Security, Janitorial, F&B, Building Operations, AV, etc.) to ensure all spaces are maintained at a consistently high standard.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc requests to help deliver exceptional experiences for everyone onsite.

Additional Details

  • This is an on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • While rare, this role may require early morning, evening, or weekend hours, depending on office operations (e.g. team shuffles, commissioning of new spaces).
  • The position requires regular physical activity, including performing walkthroughs, standing for extended periods, moving items, and lifting up to [25–50 lbs] as needed to support daily operations.
  • This is a temporary contingent position to support our team and will not lead to a full-time role.

Pay Rate Range

  • $25-30/hr.
