Position Overview
KIPP Nashville Public Schools is committed to providing a college-preparatory foundational literacy education to all students, and operating in line with the national ONE KIPP strategy to drive foundational literacy achievement. The Director of Foundational Skills and Intervention plays a critical role in realizing this mission by providing schools with high-quality curriculum and assessment materials that are vertically aligned across grade levels and aligned with the national KIPP network best practices, ensuring that every KIPP Nashville student is ready to matriculate into rigorous high school foundational literacy courses.

Compensation
Starting Salary is $80,000 -$120,000 based on experience. Our comprehensive compensation package includes life insurance and long-term disability coverage provided by KIPP Nashville, voluntary medical and dental plans, in addition to retirement benefits and an annual salary increase. To establish equitable salary practices, the compensation package is derived from the regional KIPP Nashville Public Schools pay scale. This position is exempt and will follow a 12-month schedule.
