Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Concrete Superintendent to manage the execution of concrete work, including overseeing crews, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You will play a critical role in supervising the planning and implementation of formwork, flatwork, and other concrete operations on substations. 50-60 hours a week.

Qualifications

• 5 plus years experience with Formwork, including setup and layout of temporary and permanent molds for concrete structures
• Must have valid drivers license
• Strong understanding of Heavy Equipment usage for excavation, grading, and material handling in construction projects
• Expertise in Flatwork and Ready-Mix Concrete for applications such as flooring, slabs, and other horizontal surfaces
• Proficiency in Carpentry related to form construction and other structural concrete components
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction site best practices
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to supervise and manage teams effectively
• Prior experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar role, with a strong track record of completed projects

$45.00 p/hr

$700.00 p/week per diem
