We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our growing practice full-time in Reading, PA. The ideal candidate is licensed in Pennsylvania, holds an Adjunctive Procedures License, and is passionate about delivering individualized, high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000$100,000 base salary (based on experience) plus performance-based bonus compensation

Schedule
Full-Time | MondayFriday
Responsibilities
Perform new patient exams, re-exams, and focused physical evaluations
Review medical history, imaging, and diagnostic reports
Take and review X-rays as needed
Determine diagnosis and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver chiropractic adjustments and therapies (diversified, spinal decompression)
Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
Conduct one-on-one Report of Findings consultations
Supervise rehab exercises and therapeutic programs
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Monitor patient progress and perform reassessments
Collaborate closely with providers and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC) from an accredited program
Active Pennsylvania Chiropractic license and adjunctive Procedures License required
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Passion for wellness and long-term patient outcomes
