This is a remote position.
We are seeking a CCTV Surveillance Operator to monitor live and recorded video feeds across our multiple client locations. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols and responding promptly to incidents.
Responsibilities include Monitoring multiple CCTV camera feeds in real-time across various client locations
Detect, assess and respond to suspicious or unusual activities
Report incidents immediately following company protocols
Maintain accurate logs of surveillance activities, incidents and observations
Review recorded footage for investigations or client requests
Escalate emergencies or critical events to supervisors or relevant authorities
Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding incidents
Ensure compliance with client-specific security procedures and guidelines
Conduct routine system checks to ensure cameras and monitoring tools are functioning properly
Maintain strict confidentiality of all monitored information and client data
Stay alert and focused during assigned shifts, including overnight or extended hours
Follow all operational procedures and adapt to updated security policies
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Good situational awareness and quick decision-making ability
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn surveillance software
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Access to a computer (minimum 8GB RAM recommended)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred:
Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security-related roles
Familiarity with video surveillance systems
