Job Title: Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our client to support patient access, streamline front office operations, and enhance the overall care experience within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This onsite, contract-to-hire position is based in Philadelphia, PA, and plays a key role in managing high patient volume while ensuring efficient scheduling and communication flows. The ideal candidate will help maintain a welcoming, organized front desk while coordinating logistics that support both patients and providers. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who thrives in a team-oriented, service-driven setting.

Compensation:
$24.00–$25.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Medical Receptionist:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming front-desk experience both in person and over the phone
• Manage high-volume appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination of provider calendars and optimal patient flow
• Facilitate communication between patients, internal teams, and external partners, including directing inquiries to appropriate departments
• Support patient engagement initiatives by managing automated reminders and coordinating transportation services when needed
• Maintain accurate records and navigate electronic systems to ensure timely information entry and accessibility across the team

Qualifications and Skills for the Bilingual Medical Receptionist:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a patient-facing environment
• Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles; healthcare exposure is helpful but not required
• Comfort working with digital systems and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment, with a preference for individuals seeking long-term growth rather than short-term roles
• Strong work ethic and a patient-first mindset, with the ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced setting
