Dentistry for Children Dental Office Receptionist (Front Desk) – Now Hiring!
Are you friendly, organized, and great on the phone? Join our dental team and be the welcoming face that keeps the day running smoothly!

What You’ll Do?

• Greet patients with a warm, professional welcome.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage confirmations.
• Check patients in/out and collect payments (as needed).
• Verify/update patient information and assist with paperwork.
• Support insurance coordination tasks (eligibility, basic questions, scanning forms).
• Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For?

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills (phone + in-person).
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dental software quickly.
• Dental/medical front office experience is a plus (but not required).
