Position Overview

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be a key member of our M&A team, working closely with senior bankers and advisors to deliver high-impact financial advisory services. You will play a critical role in supporting M&A, corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments, while also collaborating with the broader CEO advisory and investor relations teams to ensure seamless client service and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of Investment Banking business activities. Leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance M&A execution and strategic advisory
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution and strategic decision-making
• Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of sellside and buyside M&A, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and documentation
• Client Presentations: Prepare and present client materials, including pitch books, Board materials, investment memoranda, and management presentations
• Industry & Company Research: Perform market and competitive analysis to inform transaction strategy and client recommendations
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage deal processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution
• Collaboration: Partner with the CEO advisory and investor relations teams to provide integrated solutions and insights for clients, supporting investor communications and strategic positioning

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: 1–2 years of investment banking experience in a top-tier financial advisory or investment bank and at least 3-4 years of professional experience
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Analytical Abilities: Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and clients
• Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Teamwork: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Series 79 license
• Industry Knowledge: Interest or experience in technology, finance, industrials, or consumer industries is a plus

Compensation: $200,000 starting base salary, plus annual discretionary bonus.
